Lacrosse Sweep Shot – Instructions
This page looks at a lacrosse sweep shot. This shooting technique involves shooting while moving across the field versus shooting while moving towards the goal.
A sweep is often used by offensive players driving in from the wing. It is a difficult shot because the player is shooting while moving diagonally away from the goal versus a more traditional shot done moving towards the goal.
