Lacrosse – Quick Stick Shooting
Quick stick shooting in lacrosse involves getting off a shot quickly without cradling. This is great for shots near the goal where you do not have much time… because you could be checked (crushed) by a huge defender. However, this can be a difficult shot to master due to the lack of a cradle so players must practice this shot frequently. Wall ball is a great method to practice quick sticks.
